Board of Trustees is the highest level of decision making in SDFG, including on strategy and policy. The Board of trustees is composed of maximum 13 members. Board Members serve for a term of three years, which may be subject to one renewal period. As the highest level of decision making, the Board approves strategies and policies, supervises and monitors the overall work of SDFG, develops its external relations and supports fund-raising. The Board appoints the Executive Director. This Executive Director, in turn appoints staff through a professional process and commitment to SDFG’s values and strategic direction
Shukri A Hussein

A Sudanese civil society activist graduated in the university of Khartoum in 1985 joined SDFG in 2012. During his stay with SDFG Shukri demonstrated a good ability in managing projects, delivering activities, output, objectives on time and within budgets, and ability in financial management, budget monitoring, donor reporting and strong understanding of Sudan context
Abdallah Ismail Didan
Program Manager
He is a Sudanese civic actor with B.A. degree from University of Khartoum 1996 and Higher Diploma in HR. Currently he is preparing his master in conflict and peace building in Sudan. Didan worked with SDFG as a volunteer and officially joined the organization in 2016. During his work, he showed a high analytical and thinking skills and a good ability to manage budgets, operational procedures and human resources management.
Tarig Mehasi
Program Coordinator
Graduated from Al Neelain University, faculty of Law, has a high diploma in Public Law from Juba University. He joined SDFG in September 2015.
Safia Sideeg
Program Coordinator
A Sudanese journalist and civic actor with BSc on media from the university of Khartoum 2015 and master degree on media and communication from University of Khartoum. Safia Joined SDFG in 2016.
Amna Khalifa
Communication Officer
Graduated from Khartoum university, faculty of arts, Arabic and communication department, has a high diploma in mass-communication, Amna joined SDFG in May 2021.
